About Me

I’m Walthamstow’s local personal trainer. My ethos is Strong body, Strong mind. As a body confidence advocate I will help you to love your body and unlock its true power. I am a mother of 3 and so understand the benefits of both prenatal and postnatal training and specialise in helping women on their motherhood journey. If you want to enjoy making sustainable life changes to help improve both your physical and mental health I am the PT for you.

With many years of experience I am here to support you achieving your goals in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Cali is an incredible PT. Her intake forms are detailed so that she has a thorough understanding of clients before she’s even met them, which I found very reassuring. Her training sessions are informative, fun and expansive. After only a month with Cali, I have regained my love of weightlifting and can see progression in my lifts and strength already, which is due to her guidance. As well as being an excellent personal trainer, she’s an all around lovely human who cares about her clients and greater community. She really loves what she’s doing and it comes across in her delivery of sessions. I am thoroughly enjoying working with Cali and becoming a stronger, more confident lifter after a long break of inactivity.

I love Cali's HIIT classes on a Friday. They're always welcoming, inclusive and you have a great work-out in the semi-outdoors at Crate. I also have PT sessions with Cali and would highly recommend her. She's down-to-earth, supportive, motivating and helps you to reach your fitness goals. So glad I found Cali and her classes!

Cali’s classes are 👌🏽 I don’t have the usual pre-exercise dread because I know I’ll be working hard to a banging soundtrack surrounded by lovely people. Cali expertly guides and gently encourages you to be better, and fitter, whilst also having fun. Thank you Cali!

I was actually a bit intimidated by the idea of getting a PT so a few months ago I didn’t think I’d be looking forward to our weekly sessions. Working with Cali has been brilliant and transformative. She makes sessions really fun and strikes a great balance with that and being firm and pushing you. She’s helped me see and believe in my own strength and I feel like I’m getting stronger!

Everyone should have Cali in their lives. She's made such a difference to my outlook to exercise these past 9 months and I feel so much stronger and happier since starting her classes. Her energy and 'can do' attitude is infectious.
