Training with Cali is absolutely one of the highlights of my week.
Cali is incredibly knowledgeable, and is always striving to learn more about fitness and strength training, which ensures that her sessions stay as innovative and as effective as they can be.
I really appreciate the fact that Cali has taken the time to get to properly get to know me, my goals and attitude to training. She always knows when I need to be pushed and when I need gentler encouragement! Cali keeps me accountable and it always feels like she is as committed to my fitness journey as I am. Also Cali is just a lovely person and I have loads of fun training with her every week.

I’ve really enjoyed my sessions with Cali. I’ve had personal trainers before however this experience has been very positive and ifferent to what I’ve done in the past. Cali has focused on areas such as weight training which I’ve never had the confidence in doing previously.
I can feel myself getting stronger and enjoying the progress! Every session is fun and informative.
I look forward to continuing my fitness goals with Cali. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs the push to achieve their fitness goals.

Cali has been so motivating, extremely ecnouraging pushes me to achieve my goals and taught me to enjoy working out.
