Cali is an exceptionally good PT.
I was very nervous about starting strength training and I had a strong suspicion that I'd drop out. Another failed project! But thanks to Cali, I'm sticking it out and really enjoying it. I've lost weight, gained muscle-mass, my blood pressure has gone down and I feel happier in myself.
Cali is knowledgeable and skilled, but she wears that lightly, never talking down to you or making you feel daft.
She is warm, funny and kind. Thanks for the help and motivation Cali!

Had a great time with Cali for 6 sessions, getting the basics of strength training so I can finally tackle the gym! Definitely feel confident to start my training journey. Cali’s friendly, supportive with great chat, highly recommend!

Cali was the first Personal Trainer I had. I was surprised by how easy it was for me to get into it and to stick with it for 1.5 years!

Cali is super fun to work with, the sessions are never boring. Her demos and corrections are clear and she's able to explain the rationale behind each exercise.

On top of that Cali's home gym is very convinient as it saves me having to pay for a separate gym membership, and it allows for a more focused and confortable experience than being in a busy, loud gym.

Cali is very very meticulous and very very precise. She has understood exactly what I need and has devised a programme that works. I thought it would take me months to build strength (starting from a very low baseline) but, under her tutelage, I am making steady progress. I have discovered muscles i didn’t know existed!

I trust Cali and she makes me feel safe. That said, she doesn’t let me off the hook: every week brings new challenges! I I like her pedagogic approach; she explains the role of each muscle group, clarifies why it is important and how it fits into the whole.

Cali has given me confidence. I no longer feel intimidated by dead lifts (bring them on!). She also has a great personality: direct but never confrontational, honest but never discouraging, funny and empathetic and kind. I am so glad I found her (shout out to the Guardian newspaper, which featured her in a recent article).

In short, Cali is terrific. Everyone should have a Cali in their life.
