I’m Walthamstow’s local personal trainer. My ethos is Strong body, Strong mind. As a body confidence advocate I will help you to love your body and unlock its true power. I am a mother of 3 and so understand the benefits of both prenatal and postnatal training and specialise in helping women on their motherhood journey. If you want to enjoy making sustainable life changes to help improve both your physical and mental health I am the PT for you.

With many years of experience I am here to support you achieving your goals in a relaxed and supportive environment.

I’ve just started weight training for the first time and Cali has been such an encouraging and knowledgeable PT. From thorough initial intake forms to understand my experience & goals to very informative and sessions Cali clearly is very invested in her clients wellbeing, as well as safe and enjoyable training. Even though I have just started I already feel confident in a lot of the exercises with Cali’s support and encouragement. Cali is super personable as well as being a great trainer- I’d definitely recommend!

Cali is an amazing personal trainer with incredible energy and a positive, encouraging approach. She takes the time to explain how to use the equipment correctly, ensuring you perfect your form and avoid injury. The training space is fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor private gym areas, allowing for a focused and distraction-free session. If you’re looking for a PT who truly cares about you and your progress, I couldn’t recommend Cali more!

I would recommend Cali as a PT. She built my trust quickly, partly because she's clearly an expert and partly because she's been really thoughtful about our time together and how to get the most out of it. She's a great listener - she makes sure she understands what I'm trying to achieve in the gym, and coaches me accordingly. Feel like she gets me and feel lucky to have found her :)

The gym space itself is quite relaxed - made for people who want great training and don't need a fancy setting. Cali is also really on it with the admin (sharing workouts, sorting dates etc) which is a rare find among PTs!

Cali's classes are a great workout and I have been a regular to Cali's Sunday happy hiit class for a couple of years now! I love her energy, the music's great and she somehow manages to get you working hard whilst having fun. She's also a pre and post natal specialist and during my pregnancy she would always check in with me, make sure I had good technique and give alternative exercises when needed. Highly recommend Cali's classes!
